We Take a Great Amount of Care in What We Do

When you come to stay you will be introduced to a member of our care team whose responsibility is to get to know you, your likes and dislikes and what you do with your leisure time. This member of staff will then develop a tailored care plan with you and your family, and this will be used by all the staff in Marion Lauder to ensure your needs are not only met but exceeded.

Listening to you

We operate an open door policy so please always feel free to speak to the manager whose office is next to the front door. We hold regular residents and relatives meetings, as well as individual discussions to hear your views as they are very important to us. We encourage famililies to be involved in residents care and attend meetings and changed when required. We encourage you and your relatives to comeplete our questionnaire, which will assist us in achieving and maintaining a quality of service.
